L字形の平面形状と、エントランスの大スパンRC庇が、本作の構造を特徴づけている。柱梁フレームの剛性バランスの調整や耐震壁配置の工夫により、エキスパンションジョイントなしのL字形一体平面としながら偏心を極力抑える構造計画とした。また、4mの片持ちとなるエントランス庇は、EPS製ボールボイドを用いた版厚250mmのRCスラブを、柱の対角45°方向に跳ね出す片持ち壁梁（幅300mm×せい2,100～320mmの変断面）で支える構造とした。
An L-shaped plan and a large-span RC canopy at the entrance characterize the structural design of this building. Through measures such as adjusting the stiffness balance of the column-beam frames and the arrangement of shear walls, the structural plan achieves an integrated L-shaped layout without an expansion joint, while minimizing eccentricity. The entrance canopy, cantilevering 4 meters, consists of a 250mm-thick RC slab lightened with EPS ball voids, supported by a cantilevered wall-beam (300mm wide, with a variable depth of 2,100mm to 320mm) projecting diagonally at 45° from the column.
