CWM officeの構造は、CLTパネル（ヒノキ150mm厚)の構造壁と、ベイマツ製材による床組・小屋組で構成している。中央の吹き抜けに面した壁パネルは２層分の高さの通し壁とし、木目を縦に通して見せる意匠性と、２階床レベルの金物を省略できる経済性を両立した。
The structure of CWM office consists of CLT panel (150mm-thick Japanese cypress) structural walls, with floor and roof framing in Douglas fir solid lumber. The wall panels facing the central atrium are full-height panels spanning two stories, achieving both a design effect—showing the continuous vertical grain of the wood—and an economic benefit, eliminating the need for metal connecting hardware at the second-floor level.
小屋組は、2列の大梁（ベイマツ集成材 120×450）が卍形にかかる相持ち構造とした。屋根面は中央部分と外周部分に1.18mの段差がある。上下の屋根面を構造的に一体化するため、斜材（ベイマツ製材90×210@910）を配置した。
The roof framing employs a reciprocal system, with two rows of large beams (Douglas fir glued laminated timber, 120×450mm) crossing in a pinwheel (卍: manji) configuration. The roof plane has a 1.18m step between the central and perimeter sections. Diagonal members (Douglas fir solid lumber, 90×210mm @910mm spacing) are placed to structurally unify the upper and lower roof planes.
