2枚のRC壁と、それらをつなぐ2階床RCスラブ、これだけが本建物の主な構造要素である。屋根のみ木造とし、120mm角のヒノキ無垢材をRC壁間に架け渡した。
Two RC walls and the second-floor RC slab connecting them constitute the main structural elements of this building. Solid 120mm-square hinoki (Japanese cypress) joists span between the RC walls, supporting the roof.
