杉製材を使用した平屋建ての住宅です。
居間の上部に架かるスパン6mの棟梁には，組立梁の一種である「重ね透かし梁」を採用しました。組立梁とすることにより，住宅スケールになじみの良い小断面製材の組み合わせで構造上必要な梁せいを確保しています。
Ridge beam above the living room, spanning 6 meter, is a built-up timber beam composed with Japanese cedar lumber of small sections, which is not only reasonable in construction cost but also visually suitable for this kind of small-scale housings.
